About the Role

We’re seeking a Software Engineer to join the team in London and work closely with the CTO. The ideal candidate will design, build, and scale backend-heavy infrastructure while taking full ownership of projects — from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Build reliable and scalable systems supporting complex integrations, payments, and internal tools.

🔹 Take ownership of projects from idea to deployment, ensuring clean execution.

🔹 Collaborate closely with product and commercial teams to align technical and business goals.

🔹 Drive engineering excellence by writing clean, maintainable code and improving development processes.

Requirements

✅ 3–8 years of experience building production-grade systems.

✅ Strong foundation in system design and clean coding principles.

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

✅ Passion for building robust, long-lasting systems without cutting corners.
