We are now hiring a Social Media Specialist with hands-on experience in lead generation and Meta CAPI integration to expand our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

📱 Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.

🎯 Plan and execute lead-generation strategies for awareness and engagement.

🎥 Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce creative content.

🧠 Research hashtags, craft engaging captions, and create ad ideas.

📊 Run performance-driven ad campaigns optimized with Meta CAPI tracking.

📈 Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns.

💡 Stay updated on the latest trends and share creative marketing concepts.

Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of experience in social media management and lead generation.

✅ Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, CAPI, and tracking tools.

✅ Proven success in running campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

✅ Skilled in hashtag research, caption writing, and ad creation.

✅ Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

✅ Fluent in English (Arabic preferred).

✅ Tadbeer industry experience is a plus.
